I manage a cafe selling around 50 kilos a week using a Mazzer e and a GB/5. I've won the regional barista comp once and placed second another year.

I've been working with coffee for 10 years and the past few years i've focused more on barista competition whilst managing a cafe.
About My Company:
The company owns 3 cafes and focuses on quality across the board. All La marzocco and mazzer equipment, a total of 6-8 very good baristi.
