Actually, I run a non profit in Haiti and am interested in used oil bath roaster equipment to use for a malnutrition program in haiti where we roast deshelled peanuts, mix them with milk, sugar, oil, vitamins and minerals and cure malnutrition in children and HIV+ people.

About Me:
Not much money, a volunteer, saving lives with the miracle of Medika mamba for 5 years and almost 4000 children treated. Need a better way of roasting peanuts than an open wok and have been directed to the coffee roasting industry for ideas. All help appreciated!!!
About My Company:
See above. We use Haitian peanuts and Haitian workers. Haiti has very few forklifts. We need simple, redundant, not heavy, afforadable peanut roasters.
