Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
First Coffee shop jobs were in Seattle many years ago, but with companies not super interested in specialty coffee. Got my start as a barista at a small cafe serving Metropolis Coffee in Chicago. Got a job with Metropolis once the shop closed down and worked my way up to roasting, which I've now been doing for two years at the company.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, Ethiopia, Peru, Brazil; just about any significant origin is a place I'd love to experience.
