About Me:
My wife and I own a small bakery and cafe on Kaua'i, my wife is a pastry chef, and I am the coffee guy. We are both from the San Francisco Bay Area, where we were both raised with good-great coffee from an early age.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
