Although I can not offer much in terms of training other baristas, Caffe IBIS is an excellent establishment for any barista to visit. It is a unexpected jewel in a small city. The IBIS roasts its own beans and would allow any visitor to see how a small business can grow while significantly contributing to its community and environment.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would love to visit shops anywhere in the US or Canada.
