I'm a education/training/OD professional specializing in fast growth, multi-location businesses. I've built training and management systems for(to name a few): Westin Hotels, Starbucks Coffee, Cinnabon, Premera Blue Cross, Car Toys.
About My Company:
NewBarista provides a 21st century solution for barista training. We provide online and live blended learning to the coffee industry. Unique features of the NewBarista system include Mobile Job Aids and a Learning Management System for each individual manager.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
