Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

We're a new cafe/deli in south Co. Dublin. Serving simple but seriously tasty homemade food and Badger & Dodo coffee. I'm trying to do my best to turn those beautifully roasted beans into gorgeous coffee as often as I can!

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Gonna stay in Ireland and learn my trade for good while, and hopefully travel and work in other cafes in a few years with my beautiful barista fiance.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

My favourite thing about the coffee industry is seeing the same ppl walking through the door every morning for their coffee, walking past other cafes and ignoring their canteen coffee just to get their cup from us. What more can you ask!
