Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Shop is located in a mall in Kingston, NY. This presents several challenges as the clientele is from a lower income area and the mall rents are quite high. As far as barista skills, I would love to improve them for both myself and my staff. My skills are pretty basic, but we just haven't had the money to have the proper training.
About Me:
Like everyone else here, I love all things coffee. I have been in the industry for about 7 years. I am always looking to learn more about coffee and tea and try to put out the best that I can in our environment.
About My Company:
My store is located in a small, rural mall. Doesn't give us much opportunity for variety. We need to keep the price piont down in our area, so I can't always buy the best of everything, much to my dismay. I am always looking for better products or better ways to use what we already have.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I enjoy coffee and tea and learning more about them.
