How Ya Bean is comprised of 6 Espresso/Coffee carts. We serve at many events and event centers throughout the Bay Area. It's a very exciting business model where one day your working at a concert and the next you may be at the Oakland A's AA league game, the next at a car show, etc. HYB's other service is hosted Espresso and Smoothie Bars. As the President, I am leading our shop in the Third Wave Coffee trend. I am very passionate about coffee/espresso flavors and aromas and educating our customers about the artisanship of coffee from the seed to the cup.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I am interested in traveling to any country, especially if it means visiting coffee producing farms and experiencing on site cuppings.
About Me:
Paul's passion was always in serving. Paul has lived and served people/customers in many countries. After years living abroad, Paul moved back to the Bay Area and pursued an IT job. Paul's dream was to start a business. While working in IT, he schooled in business. Paul had always loved great tasting coffee and pursued the most flavorful coffee drinks where ever he lived. Because of Paul's passion for great coffee he decided his first business would be in coffee. Paul visited many roasters, coffee events/workshops, and trending shops on the West Coast to learn about coffee from the seed in the farm to the fresh roasting profiles that result in the most savory cup of coffee one could find. Rapid growth was maintained by combining with an amazing business partner, Peter C., who equally shared a passion for the finest coffee. Together Paul & Peter passionate about the "Third Wave Coffee" trend are expanding to stores.
