About Me:
I discovered my passion for coffee after attending to a couple of workshops in Guatemala City. Since that day, my curiosity has continued to grow. I constantly feel the need to learn more about coffee in order to improve my knowledge and share it with others.
About My Company:
After 5 years working at a local coffee chain and quite enthusiastic about Third Wave coffee culture I had the opportunity to open my own coffee shop. Café Sol was born on December 3rd last year. My goal is for it to become a place where people can gather to enjoy and learn about the excellent coffees Guatemala has to offer, while being aware of the importance of craftmanship.
