Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've been working in the industry for 5 years as a barista in a small chain in Orange County. I don't know how, but for 4.9 of those years I was oblivious to the actual art and science behind coffee. Now I'm diving in head first and loving it.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would love to travel to Australia, Asia or pretty much anywhere in or outside the US. But unfortunately I'm limited to California due to schooling.
About Me:
I'm a 22 year old student at Orange Coast College. I'm into craft beer and lately coffee as well. I also write spoken word and aspire to be either a college speech professor or a brew master.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
latte art as brought back love for my job. The reaction that I get from costumers, and the overall joy of creating some beautiful keeps me searching for more.
