I learned how to make coffee with the champion barista of reland.I discovered the world of coffee and i really love it...I'm half italian and half french ant the coffee is an institution in my familly ! Now i'm barista and i manage a small coffe shop in the south of Dublin...What i love in coffee?? To find the perfection, the good time for the shot, the perfect shape for the milk and the contact with a satisfied customer !
