Owned/Operated Backspace, in downtown Portland for 8 years. GM at Cartel Coffee Lab for 4 years. - Opened 3 shops with Cartel, in charge of all hiring, and training. Now work as a consultant to local coffee shops in the Phoenix area.

Anywhere that isn't 115 in the summer.

I have worked with many shop owners to get their coffee service where they want it. I can help with sourcing quality roasters to setting up systems for training and bar flow. I specialize in hiring good people and creating a fun and professional atmosphere. Really interested in helping people get up and running, and want to learn more about roasting.
