Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
At the moment I'm helping to start up the espresso section of our cafe, located in an organic grocery store. We're focusing on offering all organic espresso drinks that are perfect each and every shot. I worked at Starbucks about seven years ago and was able to attend the barista training program. My skills are a bit dusty, but I'm looking for consulting and support in starting up this bar the right way.

The Better Health Store cafe is located at the Frandor shopping area in Lansing, MI. We are dedicated to providing delicious and nutritious food without all of the extras. We serve sandwiches, smoothies, raw juices, vegan, gluten free and all around delicious desserts, organic and all natural deli meats, a salad bar, and coming soon.....organic espresso!
