Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Just learning. My daughter and son-in-law have opened a cafe/coffeeshop. I don't actually work there, I am the behind the scene fix it guy, helping where I can. While I do this, I am learning the Barista art.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere and everywhere.
About Me:
I am just a Dad trying to help his kids. I have many years in Facilities Management, so I am putting my skills to work in those areas.
About My Company:
The Cafe is called "Paisley's Cafe" and is in the Capital Mall in Olympia, WA. They feature Batdorf and Bronson coffee (an Olympia based roaster that makes excellent coffee), sandwiches, paninis, soups, etc. It is a great place to relax with great coffee and food.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love coffee.
