I'm a lightning fast, super accurate, science-y foodie geek/professional barista rockin' the bar daily at one of the best coffeehouses around, the original Dilworth Coffeehouse. Always looking to learn more about techniques and tricks of the trade, I spend a lot of my time behind the bar pushing the boundaries of traditional beverage building.
