I have been trained by 4 different roasters on their different philosophies of espresso extraction, brewing methods, and roasting styles. I do coffee demos for 2 different roasters in the Portland, OR area. I do latte art. I was the expert barista for Rancilio at the SCAA this year and have worked Coffeefest Seattle.

About Me:

I am a 22 year old female, avid coffee enthusiast. I am a self-proclaimed coffee nerd. I love learning about all of the different facets of the coffee industry, from growing to roasting to extraction to wholesale sales. I love learning the different philosophies and perfecting my skills. I am an English major who loves prose, Shakespeare specifically. I am working towards teaching Language Arts to middle school children.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Everything! Espresso or pour over extraction specifically.
