About six years after I first laid my hands on a portafilter, I am still striving to achieve barista perfection.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I've had the good fortune to relax in a few coffee shops in Spain, France, and Israel. I'd love to continue to explore these areas with a specific concentration on the art of espresso

About Me:

I started out in a small, slow "corporate" shop where I worked with my boyfriend who was obsessed with creating top of the line espresso drinks even though our customers didn't know the difference. After two years there, I moved to a local coffee shop where I honed my skills and practiced training others in the art of barista. I took a year off to study pizza and student teach and am now back in the coffee biz earning a supplement to my teacher salary. I am reminded every day of the importance to continue to grow as a person, teacher and barista.

The passion exhibited by the people who care about their coffee.
