B2(Nancy--the owner's second cafe in southeast philly named after her daughter, benna) we make our own vanilla syrup (using vanilla bean) instead of using monin or some other concentrate. have vegan soft and other vegan treats. i was trained in latte art but nancy has opened my eyes to layering which is also pretty cool and pretty looking.
