Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have owned and operated coffee shops in three different states. I have been roasting coffee for the past 10 years. I have always believed that quality defines one shop from another.
About Me:
I started in the coffee business in 1993 in Albuquerque, NM. I grew up in Tacoma, Washington and remember, a long time ago, going to the mall and seeing strange looking machines on carts in front of Nordstroms. Little did I know what impact those machines would have on so many great people. This is a great business to be a part of.
About My Company:
I own Rayjen Coffee Company. We started out as a coffee cafe in Bandon, Oregon in 1995. Prior to that I owned a coffee shop in Albuquerque, NM. In 1998 I started roasting coffee in my cafe. I opened a second coffee cafe in Crescent City, California in 2004. I sold both of my cafes and now roast coffee for my wholesale customers.
