About Me:
I have travelled throughout Nicaragua, through these travels and seeing how coffee is grown and the expertise I have seen from growing through roasting I now have a new found interest in starting a custom roasting company and expanding as a Barista.
About My Company:
San Rafael Coffee Company is a company that will custom roast gourmet Nicaraguan beans from the Northern Mountains. Once we have our gourmet roasts completed we will distribute our gourmet beans to coffee houses and Barista's.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The growing of the beans.
