    About Me:

This is where I'm supposed some sort of info about myself that the rest of the world may find interesting. Well, I currently volunteer at a small shop called His Place, I don't spend as much time behind the counter as I'm used to but it keeps me on the ball. Otherwise, I haven't worked in the industry regularly since 8/04 but have jumped behind the counter at a couple of coffee shops to make my signature drinks that I came up with when I last worked in the industry as the 24hr on call Barista for this shop called the Alley Cat. I could often be found throwing flair into my routine as well as appearing to compose a symphony while steaming milk back then. Being on call 24/7 sounds like a bum deal but it did offer me plenty of freedom and afforded me many perks. I trained at a small shop called Paris Koffeehauze (formerly Paris on the Poudre) in 2002, the shop closed it's doors that june - a most disheartening event. Along with being a Barista, I've been a piercer about as long, a live musician since '98 and raised as a mechanic over the past 18yrs.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

given that the industry is multifaceted, I cannot answer this question. if the question was more specific then I would be more inclined to answer it.
