roast, distribute coffee and cater. barista skills in need of improvement, especially on the art side of the cup. enjoy pulling shots, including rooibos, yerba mate and formulating blends.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Italy, France and Ethiopia.
About Me:
Born In Vancouver, WA and have resided in the four continental time zones as well as Alaska. Worked logistics for oil companies since the 1970's. Outreach coffee ministry since 2004. Biking, music, friends and a fresh cup make my day.
About My Company:
started roasting as a hobby, purchased a 12 kilo roaster at the Charlotte SCAA in 2006. associated with a church, licensed kitchen and cater. looking at opening a retail location currently.
