Started in Rao's Coffee Roasting Company in Amherst, MA (after the departure of Scott Rao, sadly). Currently managing Tuckerbox Cafe in White River Junction, VT. Interested in starting my own roasting company and coffee bar.

About Me:

I love coffee because while, in a mediocre form, it is a ubiquitous part of everyday life, it has the potential to be something extraordinary. The level of cultivation involved in the production and preparation of coffee, and the heights of flavor discovered thereby, are palpable tokens of the power of human culture. Because everyone is already familiar with coffee, the inroads already exist for those of us interested in exposing people to how remarkable it can truly be, and for instigating them to question why they instead are surrounded by dull mediocrity. Coffee is a weapon for transforming cultural consciousness. A small weapon, but one with a broad scope. And it is delicious.
