i don't speak a excellent english, but i understand, ok, i'm studding in asacafes, with Haroldo Darnucheans, his my professor, and i'm finishing in two weeks. Here in Argentina people don't understand very much COFEE, a good coffee or a good cappuccino, and it's difficult to work straight your convictions of coffee, but i hope that in a short time people will appreciate the art of coffee made from a Barista.
