    Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

    I own a new shop in Chicago called ch'ava cafe. We're a contemporary cafe focusing on crafted espresso drinks, brew to order coffees, premium loose leaf teas and a seasonal menu of soups, salads and sandwiches. We roast our own meats, make our own dressings, sauces and soups from scratch. We have a Clover and Fetco, a modded Fb-80 w/paddle groups and PID and a robur doserless. We serve intelly coffee.

    About Me:

    I was initially trained by intelligentsia. My business partner is classically trained in french cuisine. He handles the food; I handle the coffee. I'm constantly learning and trying to get better. I work full-time in my shop as a barista
