When starting work at a IT company 3 years back, I hear a cat screaming every morning. Makes me think why real baristas don't do that. So I did some research, that research became a hobby. The hobby has become an obsession now.
About Me:
I am a self taught free-pour latte artist. Not as perfect, because the quality of the art is inconsistent, and I have not attended any classes. My concept of latte art is to keep each art as uniform as possible, not to have a big difference between 2-3 cups.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The duration of free pouring, as I am in control of the art. Most people only care about the final art.
