I've been a barista since 2002 and have supervised for about 4 of those years. I have worked @ numerous different shops around the Southern California area and have opened a couple of stores as well.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
New York, San Diego, Dallas, Italy, etc.
About Me:
I like to have fun when appropriate on the job. I love a highly efficient yet relaxed work environment and I believe a happy customer is a repeat customer and a happy barista is an effective barista.
About My Company:
It's A Grind Coffee shop is a local Southern California franchise started in the early '90s to serve areas not quite taken care of by other competitors.
