I own and operate a community based espresso bar where the focus is perfection! Perfect shots, perfect milk foaming, perfectly brewed drip coffee and over the top customer service.

About Me:
I was a stay at home mom for 17years. Midway through that period in my life I had the opportunity to work part-part time at a little locally owned cafe in Northern Ca. Although the cafe owner didn't know that much about coffee, I became fascinated with the whole process of extraction. A few years later we moved to the central coast of Ca and one day when I went to an espresso truck and chatted with the barista I ended up getting a job. We had only been in town one week. I was re-trained by the barista who had hired me. Within 6 month I was managing one of 3 drive through coffee shops in the area. I was further trained by a coffee roaster out of Gig Harbor, Wa. A few trips to CoffeeFest/Seattle later I took the certification test and passed. I left the company I was with and did a year of consulting with local cafe owners, trying to bring up the standards of espresso extraction in the area and training staff in customer service skills. I even had the opportunity to help design a locally owned cafe from the ground up! When the opportunity presented itself to buy a shop along with a business partner, I could not pass it up.
About My Company:
Our espresso bar is located on the corner of a busy intersection in Grover Beach, Ca. We've been in operation under my management/ownership for 6 month. We are coffee driven, although we still offer baked goods and sandwiches and blended drinks. Our whole motivation in preparing our drinks is to raise the bar in quality and consistency. There are a few other cafe's in the area and the quality and consistency varies with whomever is on bar. We serve Illy espresso, which I personally feel is the best. Yes there are many fine blends out there roasted by many a fine roaster, however, Illy is so consistent in it's product and when done right, it's never bitter. Perfecttbd
