About Me:
My wife and I moved to Vermont to establish a brick oven bakery and coffee roasting business. We despaired of ever owning a home in the Bay Area. Now we love our Bakery in the Woods and have just purchased an IR-3 roaster with the intention of doing micro batch roasting for local markets.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
It's bustling, sexy scene, with lots of educated, eccentric folks all over the world.
