    Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

    I trained At a speciality roastery / espresso bar called Black star in australia, for just under a year, I learned latte art by practicing on the 300 coffees a day i was pumping out for a cafe rated 3rd best new comer in london ginger & white, working in accociation with square mile, Then moving to brightin to help the marwood cafe set up and helping mozza get a reputation by serving there coffee to the highest possible standards, i also started training on the side to further my own skills and help others learn the art of coffee. I love coffee and want to continue developing my career as a barista/ trainer

    About Me:

    Very relaxed and easy to get on with, passionate about what ever im interested in and i will put a 100% into what im doing all the time, i crave learning and self development so becoming a barista was a good move for me as there is plenty of that involved


    About My Company:

    No company of my own yet, but would love to set up a mobile coffee cart and travel round europes fetivals markets and fairs promoting coffee as a art and raising awarness of fair trade and the 3rd world coffee farmers,and how we can help improve there standards living


    What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

    the deeper your understanding of coffee, the deeper you understanding of how little you do actualy know
