Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I am working with a non-profit organization that provided work for intellectually disabled people. We disabled employees have experience with baking so they will focus on those duties as opposed to the coffee making. The shop will open in August 2013.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Any somewhat nearby cities as needed.
About Me:
I have full-service restaurant management experience but no experience in operating a coffee shop. I do not drink coffee but have an occasional cup of tea. I am more interested in the management of the operation as opposed to the product end.
