I have studied both my old company's literature and through independant study on coffee, espresso and steaming. I have a large amount of random knowledge

About Me:
I was a barista at a large chain for many years, working my way up to manager. I would read outside literature to sharpen my skills for preparing and teaching baristas. I am no longer professionally preparing coffee, but do at home with a La Pavoni Europiccola
