I'm a new barista working as a barista trainer for a new net of coffe shop in Brazil. I was trainned by Hery Gaia, from Katawah Café and I have had very good and helpful tips from Eder Oliveira (Caffe Latte Worldwide Championship) and Leticia Ramos

About Me:

I'm almost a new barista, but I had been in touch with coffee since a I was born. My family is coffe producer in some farms in Brazil since 1890, the year they moved from Italy to Brazil.

About My Company:

Vanilla Caffè is a new net of coffe shop franchises that opened the first store in São Paulo City in 2006. Now there are more than 20 stores around Brazil, mainly in São Paulo and till the end of 2008 will be 40 stores in 6 different states.
