Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We started year 2000 with a 20sqm space area inside a mall, it was a franchise counter. We started our own shop La Nilad 2008, currently has 2 shops (a counter inside mall and a 35 sit-in concept at Valenzuela). Our shop offer both classic and signature espresso drinks, brewed loose leaf tea and infusion teas, home baked cakes and pastries, pasta and rice meals. Experience is my teacher. Some technical aspects and technique I got from our local coffee supplier/roaster who are always generous in providing coffee training.

I'm a Industrial Engineering graduate, I enjoy running our 2 coffee shops together with my wife.I enjoy creating drinks for our guests. I believe that coffee shops play an important role in community development and connecting people with people.
