About Me:
Was seriously looking at opening my own shop, but have decided to pursue an engineering degree & design machines instead.
I also rebuild & modify La Marzocco's & am working on a pressure profiling & temperature profiling machine. I was formerly the manager & lead barista at Culture Espresso. I am currently working at Cafe Grumpy as a barista & tech.
