I own a building which I believe will be an excellent starting location, with a separate building which I would like to learn eventually and utilize for roasting.

I have been in the general construction business, for 32 years, have run my own business for 20 years. Business has been terrible for the past 2 years, and I need a new direction. My background is accounting, finance, economics.
