I have owned and managed our coffee shop for 7 1/2 years. I have been the main barista and trainer for all those years.

About Me:

I have always been an entrepreneur and loved coffee, so the idea of owning a coffee shop was a no brainer. My lovely wife is an excellent baker, so we were a perfect fit for this industry.

About My Company:

Were a small coffee house in a small town in southern Minnesota. We provide excellent coffee and food to our customers that travel good distances to come to our establishment.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The people and the art and science involved in making and excellent cup of coffee.
