Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm a home roaster working to improve skills and gain access to a shared roasting machine with a roasting volume greater than my gene cafe. It's exhausting to roast 10 - 8 oz. batches (5 hours) to get 4 1/2 # of coffee.
About Me:
My roaster is a Gene Cafe. I started with a whirly popper over 5 years ago. I'm thinking about forming a group that owns a 2 - 3 kilo roaster (on a cooperative basis) in a small commercial space (or something like that). You can see that it's really in the embryo stage, can't you?
