Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
The CRO Cafe Owned and run by Luigi Oldani and myself. -We use beans from our friends & roasters at Sight Glass in San Francisco. -We are Mobile kiosk currently running out of Cafe Fanny in Berkeley. -Customized 1948 Divco milk truck/ mobile cafe truck is in the works and we are VERY excited. -We are a very small and quite new business and are stoked to be out and about, sharing our small batch coffee goodness with the world. YUM
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Pretty much anywhere! We'll go back to South or Central America any time, hands down. If we can geek out on beans while we're there, we will go.
About Me:
I'm Luigi's right-hand lady (or left hand lady, depending on which paw is puling shots). I'm CRO Cafe's organizer, "Barista Mama", and dollar handler.
About My Company:
CRO Cafe is named after Lou's daughter, Camille Rosemary Oldani. She likes her espresso in the form of an affogato, which I call a black cat (we make ours with a dark chocolate IC).
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
For mSocializing and geeking out over 'the elements of bean" are what draw me to the biz. That, and it's nice to be surrounded by people who dress so sharply. ;)
