We are a small batch artisan roaster currently opening a roastery/kiosk/training center in Berkeley. I train new/current employees as well as do a lot of background work. I am roasting 4oz batches of coffee at home on my West Bend Poppery.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere, really. I want to see the whole world.
About Me:
When not making coffee I'm on the road with my backpack,
sleeping on chicken buses and jumping off waterfalls. I studied Spanish and Portugese and therefore spend most of my time in Latin America. My last trip was a two month romp through Guatemala and Honduras where I visited finca El Injerto and hung out with Noe Castro (Guate's barista champ).
