I have worked as a barista for a local roaster for about 6 months.

Literally just about anywhere.
About Me:
I am a chemical engineering student who has a passion for good coffee. Eventually I would like to fabricate specialized coffee equipment including roasters and espresso machines.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love the concept of extraction and also, pour overs :)
