Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I work at a little shop in Downtown Twin Falls. Although the culture in Twin is generally saturated with generic coffee, we possess a bit more sophistication. All of our coffee is roasted in shop, so we have to know our stuff from the bottom to the top. From Chemex Pour-overs to Traditional Macchiatos to Single Origin Espresso, our barista's know their stuff.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere would be a pleasant change :)
About Me:
Not too much to tell! I got into the coffee industry not to long ago and am a youngster compared to the length some coffee aficionado's have been sipping espresso and discussing flavor profiles. I started working at a small shop, where the owner roasts all of his own coffee, but has interests in Tea, Crepes and virtually everything that is not generally thought of in our small town.
About My Company:
Twin Beans Coffee Company is a family owned Roaster, Espresso, Sandwich and Crepe Shop in Twin Falls. Because of the small operation, all of the employees (but mostly the boss man) are interested in everything coffee.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
That wonderful moment when that first bit of crema touches your tongue.
