I have been a barista for a little over a year now, I work on a Nouva Simonelli Aurelia. I strive to prepare my drinks without flaws. I love working on my latte art and learning all I can about coffee. Although I have only been in the industry for a year, I love everything about it, and plan on taking it as far as I can.
