I have been a barista for 6 years and the most important thing i have learnt is to always keep an open mind! By being open to learing more you only better yourself and continue to open more doors!

About Me:

I started out as a cafe barista and soon got the coffee bug! I then went on to manage the same cafe for a furhter 2 years! Next i started working as a barista trainer for a franchise company for another 2 years! I then spent 3 months on a coffee planation over the harvest season in Northern NSW working as the Quality Assurance Supervisor. Since then have started at a roasting company in Brisbane to continue to futher my knowledge!

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Coffee never feels like work, more like a paid hobby!
