Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have been a barista for five years now, working with a wide variety of coffees from all manner of reputable roasters. I mainly work on a Kees Van der Westen Veloce Mirage machine, but have worked on all types of La Marzocco machines, as well as some lever machines. I love single origin espressos, as they pose the most challenging to work with and dial into. I am also a pour enthusiast, and have honed skills in using V60, Chemex, Beehouse drippers, Clever Coffee dripper, Coava Kone, and Kalita Wave.

About My Company:
I currently work at Cafe Fixe, a small independent shop in Boston. We mainly work with coffees from Barrington Coffee Roasting Company, but also work with Novo Coffee and Stumptown Coffee Roasters as well. We offer single origin espressos that rotate weekly, as well as pour coffees that rotate weekly as well. We seek to bring to customers an excellent coffee experience every time they step into our shop.
