I am one of four BGA Level 1 Certified Baristas in Nashville. I am Head Barista for Fido branch of Bongo Java Roasting Co.

About Me:
I am currently Head Barista for a local coffee shop in Nashville, and am starting a coffee catering business as well.
About My Company:
We are one of 14 coffee roasters who are a part of a coffee coop called Cooperative Coffees. We are all Fair Trade and all Organic, which has its pros and cons. We have three locations in Nashville. Come and visit!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
My favorite aspect of the coffee industry is the community that is developed around the coffee, and how most baristas and shops gather together to help one another improve.
