Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've been a coffee enthusiast for many years and recently have been working at a speakeasy style coffee shop/ bar called Hodges Bend. I am well trained in using an espresso machine, many pourover apparatuses, and have competed in latte art competitions. I am still learning about the alcohol side of things but have already learned a lot. Hodges Bend uses Topeca coffee from here in Tulsa and does not serve anything without excelence.
About Me:
I am a purist and enjoy coffee as such. I won't be the one to tell someone how they should enjoy their coffee, but I'm always excited to explain to a listening person a purist notion on beverage consumption.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
