I enjoy all things coffee, specifically espresso. Enjoy tinkering with the machines, grinders. Finding the sweet spot each coffee has to offer in such a short window of opportunity. To quote others, so many great coffees, so little time. I take lots of pride in being totally self-taught in everything I choose to do. Trial and error will teach all you need to know.
