Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I started off casually, and worked my way up into the coffee industry, discovering a true enthusiam and passion for everything coffee. I went on to manage several busy cafe's where the main selling point and focus was on coffee quality. My interests balance between high volume (cafe scenarios) and casual dining where coffee becomes art. I'm deeply committed to delivering both exceptional customer service and products to match. Businesses under my management have adopted this mantra. I was recently introduced to the competitive side of coffee, where I won my first competition in London, England. My prizes included a trip to Italy to visit roasteries and train with England's Latte art Champion! It was quite the experience!
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I've no restrictions or boundaries right now. However, I would love to work in countries that grow and roast their own beans.. From a travelling perspective however, someday I want to get back to India and Nepal.

I'm an exciteable and passionate young lady who has bottomless enthusiasm for new experiences. I've travelled extensively in persuit of new adventures and in the hope of broadening my understanding the coffee industries. I've worked and lived in Australia, Ireland, England, Switzerland and now Costa Rica. I've travelled through India, Nepal, Thailand, and now Central and South America.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The high energy nature, and the opportunity for creativity.
